  • Last trip to this Lowes , I was there to return an item. I was "helped" by this black woman who was condescending and exhibited overt signs that she didn't like white people. Basically, she was rude and not helpful. This is the second employee at this store who I found to be rude. Never had this issue at The Home Depot. Just be prepared to have rude people helping you when you are returning an item OR seeking help at THIS store.
