Drinks were tasty, service wasn't. I passed through the drive thru yesterday and got a Sangria tea and one of the new Iced coconut milk macchiato brewed drinks. When I got to the window I asked the barista Kassie if they could stir the drink for me (otherwise the layers settle and you get a straw full of sauce). She sighed and walked away upset. I told her that I could do it myself and that it was no biggie. She then told another barista that the drink had to be re-made. Seriously? I just want my drink stirred. The rest of the transaction was awkward - I finally got my drinks with no eye contact and a really saccharine sweet "thanks".
I don't frequent this location so I don't have to worry about coming back (and if I do there is literally another Starbucks one mile north)- I just don't expect to get a huffy attitude when I'm paying almost $10 for drinks. I don't get Starbucks all the time, it's a luxury for me and to get attitude like that is really unnecessary.
