| - I have only tried spin at this location (although I am a big fan of their reformer Pilates classes at the Indian School location). It's in the Basha's parking lot, so plenty of free parking. They cram a lot of bikes into their spin space, definitely not the place for you if you are claustrophobic. Bikes have regular pedals on one side, if you do not have spin shoes, and clips on the other side. Classes are high energy, very enthusiastic instructors, great variety in the ride and the music. Just a good, challenging class. Some classes feature music with a live DJ, very entertaining. The bikes have panels that tell you your resistance, speed, and total miles ridden, among other stats. I wish more studios offered bikes with this feature! It makes it easier for the instructor to give clear instructions (i.e. how many RPMs you should be shooting for) and for me to gauge if I am staying consistent and/or increasing resistance.
