  • Claires is a very small shop made to feel even smaller by the amount of stock they can cram into it! It's quite awkward to get round when there are a few people in as there are many free standing units throughout the store. It's a great place to go for fancy dress bits and pieces. They sell a wide range of hair accessories and a large range for little girls and teenagers too and also stock red nose day products. They do ear piercing too. Some of the staff are very pleasant and helpfulsome aren't unfortunately including the manager, on a visit on mine she was more interested in sitting on a stool with her mobile phone clamped to her ear than actually realising the fact that I required assistance, not a good example to set to staff.
