  • If you're looking for a no nonsense 24 hour gym for a reasonable price with no one trying to up sell you, You've found it. This is a newish chain so all the locations and machines are in pretty good condition. The gym is very clean with sanitizer stations through out the gym. They have plenty of aerobic machines. Double rows of workout machines. A reasonable free weight section that gets the job. They don't have classes, a pool or a basketball court but you can't beat their price. I loved that most locations are not overly bright. They have plenty of TV's and a 30 min. timed total workout area. With a "black card" membership upgrade, which is still inexpensive, you can use any location, tanning and massage chair. I don't think it's more then $25.00 monthly for the upgraded membership. The gym is quiet the patrons are polite and very quiet and it's seldom overly crowded. The busy times and more info is listed on their web site. Look for the location you're going to use for busy times. The enrollment took under five minutes. The locker room (women's) was very nice and clean as was the gym. Staff was pretty good. They honor Silver Sneaker members too.
