  • Service people are good at their jobs and very knowledgeable. I was left with a bad impression when reviewing my bill that they charged me for their public parking. These people don't have a company vehicle, nor a decal on their vehicle. If they had, they could have easily parked on the side of the condo without worrying about getting a parking ticket. Or had I known, I would have offered some suggestions. I think next time I need service in the downtown area, I will find someone who has a company service vehicle.
