  • Thank goodness for the lovable creatures at Queen West Animal Hospital who made Lily's first visit to the vet so great! Today was our first "puppy visit" which could easily have left Lily (our 14 week old Yorkshire Terrier) scarred and not wanting to come back. Luckily this is not the case! They were so sweet with her and so gentle she didn't even notice that she got a needle. Also they were very patient with me as I emailed and phoned around because I accidentally forgot to bring Lily's medical records. Oops, sorry guys! We even got a puppy starter pack travel case with a brush, toothbrush, some helpful reading, and a plush Kong toy! Lily loved it! At the end of the visit their rates were great too. I could not ask for anything more, and we're actually looking forward to our next appointment!
