  • See Robert. He's the man! I should have, but I didn't ask him for his last name. All I know is that this past Labor Day weekend, I was in Las Vegas to spend the holiday with family. My mom asked me to help her get more data for her cell plan, so off we went to the Verizon store on W. Craig Road. Walked in and was directed to Robert, who was able to help us - after verifying ID and confirming that we approve doubling the data capacity for a $5 increase. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. He was informative, friendly and seemed to be an all around nice guy. No up selling - just listened to us, provided options and did his thing, all on his tablet. I appreciate working with people who are competent and professional. Any by the way, I'm not a Verizon customer. My mom is. If I consider switching over, I hope I encounter staff like Robert.
