I recently booked the Windsor Arms Spa for a group of 12 ladies celebrating a bachelorette, and looked at several spas in the city. A few spas had ridiculous cancellations policies (1 week in advance) and I was having a hard time figuring out where to host this event.
When I spoke with Heather, the manager at the Windsor Arms, she was friendly and invited me to stop by and take a tour of the facilities before booking. Glad I did because there aren't many pictures online. The spa is on the small side, but it was ideal for our group of 12 people. So I went for it.
Throughout the entire process of booking our group, Heather handled our constantly changing itinerary with warmth and ease. She was there to greet our group the day of event, and even helped some of us book last-minute treatments.
I had an excellent deep-tissue massage and a shellac manicure. Both of the spa attendants I dealt with were professional and friendly (without being too chatty). Others in my group also commented on how much they liked the staff.
I will say that the facility itself is kind of outdated in certain areas. It's not as modern or as chic as other spas in the city... and it's not really a place I would lounge around in all afternoon. But I would go back for a massage or mani/pedi.
