  • The women in this store are the most unprofessional people I have ever deal with. If I could give negative stars I would. Last month I had my sons line temporarily disconnected because he lost his phone. We went to the store the next day to get him a new phone and the women working here told me that my account was listed as high security and I would have to go to the main store 15 miles away to get a phone turned on. They were extremely rude about it and never even made eye contact with me. Needless to say, we drove to the main store, I told the manager what these women had told me and he said, "do you have your password?" I said, "of course", he said well then you didn't need to drive all the way over here - they could have helped you. What a joke! So lazy!! Fast forward to today and the reason I decided to write this review, my husband jumped in the pool with his phone last night so he stopped in to the Metro PCS on Rainbow for a new phone and ...big surprise... he was lied to by the women running this store!!! They promised him that if he purchased a high $ phone that they could transfer his photos, contacts etc. After he paid and waited Over an Hour for them to set up the phone, he was told, "Dude, I can't put your stuff on this phone, it wont work". He asked for the manager and she said, "I am the manager but can't help you." He drove to the other Metro PCS and they transferred everything in under 10 minutes. Whoever owns this location needs to pay for some training and teach them some customer service skills.
