  • I guess checking in online no longer does you any good. I was the top person on a list on 9 and had to wait to the end because I didn't check in according to the lady at the desk. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of the app? I've been to a half dozen other great clips with no problem with the online checkin but I guess the ladies don't like technology and demand you come to the desk and check in. Not only was she rude in front of many people but told me it's like checking it for dinner. Thanks for the extra hour wait! Last time coming to this store. Don't be scared of change!
