  • DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Their "Lifetime" warranty is a fraudulent, deceitful fantasy. I called with a problem developing with a carpet installation they performed 2 years ago. I was told then, that if any issues such as folds or rippling EVER developed, to just give then a call and they would "come out and re-stretch", no problem. Well, that's exactly what happened, so I called. The fellow I spoke to said that there is only a two-year warranty on that problem and I just missed it, sorry. Nowhere does is say "two-year" anywhere in my documents. In fact, it says, "life-time labor warranty, 30 year wear warranty" ? Fraudulent and uncooperative. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
