  • I typically stay at Marriott affiliated hotels because the quality is fairly consistent. Since I was staying at a fairfield Inn, I didn't expect gold stairway rails or valet parking. The people working here were very nice, the hotel seemed fine, the breakfast was fine. Everything seems very much what I expected from a fairfield brand hotel. However, when I developed a very itchy rash and what looks like bites on my upper body I realized I was feeding something. I contacted Marriot through my marriott rewards contact link and received an email that I'd hear directly from the fairfield inn. Since that was over 2 weeks ago, I guess not... This hotel is not up to the standards I expect from Marriott. Things happen and maybe they have worked to resolve the problem - I don't know since no one has contacted me. If I am contacted, I will post an update here.
