  • I was shopping around for my first handgun, and found DGS here on Yelp. Not only do they have the best prices in town, they offer an amazing customer experience! I'm glad I read the reviews to find that you do need to make an appointment, so I emailed them through their website. Sherri replied to me the same day and answered the questions I had, and I replied back to her to make my appointment. When you go there for your appointment, knock on the door and they will let you in. From the moment I stepped in I was given undivided attention by Chris, and he made me feel at home. This is why they do appointments. By doing this they give you a 100% personal experience, and you have their complete attention just on YOU. It was wonderful, especially since this was my first gun purchase and I had a lot of questions. Chris was so calm and patient with me, and I was never rushed even though I was the last appointment of the day. He was conscience and respectful of my budget too, and didn't try to up-sell me on something more expensive. He was just an all-around nice guy! Everyone else in the shop was really cool too. I am so happy with my purchase! Thanks you guys! Check their website often because they post their prices and update it frequently. The pistol I bought from them was about $80 cheaper then all the other local stores I had checked. They have earned my lifetime business, not only because of the great prices, but because of their customer service. They treated me like I was family. Good people.
