This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. All of the way from the sales rep, up to management. The customer is not important to them, it took 3 weeks to complete my purchase. I would have went somewhere else the first day I talked to them, but they were the only dealer in the state with the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Nobody calls you back or follows up, you have to keep calling and following up with them. I knew more about the vehicle I was buying than the person that was supposed to be selling it to me. The finance director didn't know the answers to any of my finance questions, I was told by multiple employees "this is our policy" when they couldn't answer my questions. The sales manager, finance manger, to the business and title office manager were very arrogant throwing their titles around to try to enforce their authority. When you question the information they were telling you, they couldn't answer the questions and kept saying it's our policy. I would not recommend this dealership and unfortunately because of this experience I would not recommend this entire chain to anyone of my friends, family or business clients! Without customers you don't have a job!!
