  • BUYER BEWARE, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! Whether it be a Groupon or their 'TINT SALE', find another shop with better reviews. This place is a JOKE! In the years past, I have had 2 vehicles tinted here with no issues. Not this time though. I walked in on a Tuesday after work wanting to set up an appointment to get my truck tinted. We settled on 11am that Saturday. He quoted me $159 and that it would take about 2-3 hours. I agreed on the time and the price. I walk into the shop at 11am on the nose Saturday morning, and the gentleman says "I thought you were a no-show". I was confused. We settled on 11am. I asked him to look at his calendar. He did, then replied "Oh yeah, I wrote you down for 9, but scratched it out and put an arrow up to 11. Sorry" A little upset at this time, but not showing it, I asked him to reschedule for another day. He replied "No, we don't have to. I have a couple of other appointments, but, I can call my other guy and get him down here and knock it out." To that I replied "I don't want a rush job, something that we both will regret. Nothing ends up good when rushing a job. I want you to take your time. Let's reschedule." He INSISTED that he will do a great job, and that he's been doing it for around 30 years. "Ok. I'll go grab something to eat and I'll be back in about 2 hours" I said. "You won't regret it" he said. FOOLISHLY, I trusted him. I arrived back around 2 hours later. He was just finishing up. I noticed that all the windows were dirty, not cleaned whatsoever, with leftover scraps of tint inside the truck. Then I started seeing the flaws of rushed work. Bubbles (big ones) in the tint not flushed out, dirt and debris between the tint and the glass, and multiple scratches and a couple of knicks on the tint. I asked him to replace the driver's side tint because of a big scratch in the tint and pointed out some of the other flaws and knicks. He pulled my truck back into the shop, replace the driver's side tint and fixed the bubbles. He pulled the truck back out and parked it in front and said it was done. Nope! Still knicks on the passenger side rear and debris between the tint and glass. To top it off, the tint he just replaced on the driver's side door HAD ANOTHER SCRATCH IN IT! WHAT THE FUCK? Even before the job started, I told him I didn't want a rush job. Tried to reason with him and reschedule. He wouldn't have it. I all for giving people chances, but this guy tried to pull the wool over my head. Not this time! "Rip it all off. I told you I didn't want this to happen. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm not paying you a cent for the crap job you tried to do", I said. THIS TINT SHOP IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION IF YOU DO!
