  • I really wanted to give Inizio a better review but it was a miss for me. The place is absolutely packed, at all times, which does say good things for the restaurant. Where they went wrong is the speed of how the food is prepared to keep up with the demand. I understand the pizza is cooked in 90 seconds but our dough was underdone and almost raw in places. The second issue is the moisture on the dough; they are using fresh tomatoes (a good thing), but not cooked long enough to evaporate the liquid; it made our pizza really soggy. The flavors are amazing and the service was excellent, but soggy pizza is not my cup of tea. Maybe we'll try them again when the newness of the location wears off
