  • Rude and clueless staff. They were out of multiple appetizers one hour after opening. They had three servers running around and all of them were struggling even though the place was 1/3 full. We tried to order snow after and the waitress didn't know what to say and mumbled that they were too busy, then later said we should wait. When we asked for how long, she just laughed and didn't answer us. Other servers were either rude whenever we asked them for something, or just plain clueless.
