As a food service employee myself, I know how frustrating customers can be. However I have never encountered a situation where it was necessary to give a customer attitude over something that isn't even their fault. Sandy gave us rude service and was not helpful in the slightest. The other girl at the window apologized and attempted to make the situation better but Sandy's attitude ruined the entire experience. We heard her berating the other employees for faults that can be placed on everyone. There is no excuse for her behavior and ruined this sonic for me.
