| - My family and I have been coming here for 7+ years. The food portions are great. Everything we have tried has been tasty and well seasoned. It's a bummer though because they are not very lenient on substitutions as most Chinese food places are. I usually order the Spicy Tangy Beef with no mushrooms or corn, but they refuse to let me sub for onion or broccoli. They say it will be $1 more. I'm giving you back 2 veggies, but you won't let me have anything else instead. I mean I could understand a 25 or 50 cent charge, but $1 is like 10% the cost of my entire meal. Weird. On the other hand, the wonton chips and sweet and sour are a free appetizer and delicious. I've been to places that charge for that so it kind of evens out. So if you're not picky and will eat whatever they give you with no exceptions then I would definitely suggest giving this place a try. Also, they have the absolute best egg drop soup of anywhere I've ever tasted! Sometimes I get just that alone. It's my all time fave because unlike other places where it's just egg, it has other delicious surprises, including: peas, carrots, chicken, cabbage, I believe, and onion, add a hint of soy sauce and some crunchy wonton strips on top and perfection! I would also recommend the Twice Cooked BBQ Pork. Taste is just right and not overwhelming like some BBQ dishes can be. It has more depth than the typical syrupy, bright red, sticky Asian BBQ sauce. It is sautéed with an array of different veggies and serves with white rice.
