I used Arizona Shuttle for the first time March of last year and was amazed at how easy it was. Loved the waiting area (many seats) at the luggage claim (I flew into PHX on Southwest) where I could calmly wait for the shuttle to arrive. A few days later, I took their shuttle from Prescott to Flagstaff to Grand Canyon. There was some possible delays expected due to road work; they contacted me to arrange for a slightly earlier departure. All went smoothly. The drop-off/pick-up at the Amtrak is conveniently located to the downtown area of Flagstaff - great restaurants/cafes and shops within walking distance as I waited for the next shuttle to Grand Canyon. This experience brought me back for more. In November I booked reservations for March of 2015. As I was looking over my confirms (now January) I see I in error did not in fact select March when scheduling online but rather still had it on November. Thus, reservation was Nov 21 2014 and not March 21 2014. Clearly my fault yet Arizona Shuttle allowed me to use my earlier payment for my March trip. It was not their error at all; so, I don't know for sure why they were so kind, but this clearly warranted my taking time to write a review - and it was unsolicited. Not once did the person on the other side of the phone as for a review. It was just good business.
