  • HUGE THANK YOU TO RAUL GARCIA! After our visit to the Sprint store in downtown Summerlin we were fed up and decided to change our mobile provider however, we decided to give one last shot and made the visit the Sprint store on Sahara. We were pleasantly greeted by Raul and his unwavering commitment to help us. The customer service provided by Raul redeemed our faith in Sprint! He was able to upgrade our phones at less than HALF the price the other store on Lavender Hill quoted us. He activated the new 2 new phones, ported 1 number and applied security screens. Needless to say my family and I walked out happy campers! He is the example excellent customer service! The guys behind the counter spend quality time with their customers to ensure they offer the best possible solution hence the long wait and its ALL WORTH IT! Thank you Raul - WELL DONE!
