  • For the price and the quality, this stay was great. The girls at the front were talkative and personable. I understand how this could come off negatively to some guests who just want to get their room key and get on with their day, but it made me feel welcome. I've never stayed at a Quality Inn, so I had very low expectations going in. However, I was so thrilled to see the updated room, soft beds, refrigerator, and new TV. The stay here was wonderful, but I'm giving 4 stars for two reasons: 1. Some guy had a key to our room and walked in on me banging - more embarrassing for him than me, I'm sure! I never called the front to see what happened, but my guess is they accidentally booked him the wrong room. This happened to me once before somewhere else where I walked in on an old man in his birthday suit because of a room number mix up. 2. I did get the opportunity to swim in the pool, but I wasn't a fan of it's structure and design...and also the fact that it felt really dirty. It was a warm temperature, which I liked, but the hot tub was a little too hot for me.
