I appreciate your response Matthew but it is obviously past due. I gave you the opportunity to fix this and explain to me prior to me writing this review. If you really cared about my business and "treated me as family or friend" you would have fixed this and invited me into your office before. I specifically called you personally and you told me there is nothing you are willing to do for me. It's once again very unprofessional that once I write a truthful review for your foul business practices that you attempt to correct it or explain. I can only hope going forward you will not treat people this way and future clients can be aware.
