  • I rent 5 times a year in Vegas with Alamo.. this time was disappointing, after flight being delayed, we went to pick up our suv... they had no cars... none at all there were at least 8 other couples waiting, we waited almost 1 hour for a suv, the guy there said they would give us a discount and fill the gas for the problem, we said ok, upon returning the car, the manager said he could do one or the other, even though it was signed for the both, we took the discount but if we had known we would have put gas elsewhere, be careful what they tell you... and this is the 2nd time this has happened...
