  • I am VERY VERY disappointed in the mani pedi I received today. The pedicure started out good but the technician touched my wet toe nail when she put on the flip flop. She told me she would fix it later as she escorted me to her station to give me my manicure. Well it was down hill from there. I can not express the poor job she did on my nails. Her main concern seemed to be getting me out of her chair so that she would not lose her place in line for the next customer. One hand got 2 coats of top coat and the other got one. Honestly when she left the station I thought she was coming back to finish. I looked around and she was giving a pedicure to another customer. She did not bother to clean the polish around my nails. When I complained to the Manager she cleaned the polish from around my nails and told me it would be $37.00. This establishment will NOT be getting my business in the future.
