  • I wanted to book a videographer and was happy with Film Monkeys pricing. Becca was very persistent contacting me, clearly wanting business. I contacted them and they were responsive, but sent follow up emails an hour after I wrote them back... I wanted time to think about my options. Then they mentioned that they had filmed at my venue multiple times, so I asked if I could see a video from my venue, they said no and all of the videos were from other states, so how could I be sure they even had a business in Vegas. I asked if we could meet in person so I could feel more comfortable making a payment to reserve my date, they said no I need to pay first because they have kids and no time, but were still wanting me to pay my deposit, and work with me. I'm sorry but part of owning a business is meeting with clients. I asked the venue if they had heard of them and no one could recall, so I became more skeptical. Then when I insisted on meeting they said they didn't think they were the right videographers for me, because I wanted to meet in person. They couldn't be more correct, I will not have a vendor not meet with me before I pay them! This business is highly unprofessional.
