  • I just bought a living room set from Pruitts. After getting it home I realized the colors don't fit well with my carpet. They refused to take it back without a 20% charge. This is not what I would consider good customer service. After posting this review my sales person exchanged my living room set for no extra charge. Then sold me a new one and is having it delivered tomorrow. The customer service was excellent!
