  • I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care Matthew and his team had for our sweet pup, while our family vacationed out of the country recently. Our dog is an "old lady" (12 years old with several medical conditions). She experienced some health issues while we were away, and Matthew and team Romp went out of their way to proactively engage us, so she could get medical care sooner vs later, preventing any serious issue. The Team hand fed our dog- who was refusing food...even going to the store to purchase special treats, to help motivate her to eat and take her medication on her own. They gave her the extra love and attention she needed to get healthy, and very much helped put our minds at ease, knowing that she was getting the best care possible. Matthew consistently gave us daily report cards, and lessened the worry as we finished our trip. Romp was recommended by our Vet (Hillside Animal Hospital), and with good reason! We love this place, and will ABSOLUTELY be back, and recommending the doggie daycare and boarding to everyone we know!! Our dog was so much more comfortable here then she has been at other boarders, as were we! Thank you SO MUCH Matthew and Team! You guys are the best! Our family (and Lola) are grateful for your great attention and care of our furry family member!
