  • I generously give this joint one star only because I can't give it a zero . Let me start by saying a made an appointment via telephone . I checked in and said I had an appointment but am 10 minutes early . I was told to take a seat presuming I was waiting for my appointment . People started filing in ( no pun ) and signing a book . So there I was sitting like Dumb Dora until I went up and asked about my appointment , to which I was told they don't take appointments , only walk ins.. so then I sign the book and I wait and I wait and I wait ... then I had two different people work on me . Neither of whom said hello nor asked me any thing at all .. then I was told to wash my hands presuming I was coming back to the manicure table for the buffing . The manager told me I was finished . I told him I wanted a buff manicure .. he seemed surprised even though from the telephone appointment ( which meant nothing ) to the check in .. I'm sorry I went to this place but because of its Rocky River location I presumed it would be above par . This is one of two places in my life I never tipped . AVOID!!!! Go any where but here
