| - I am giving 5 star despite the slight issue I had during one of my services. I booked a massage and facial for this spa. Check in was great and the lady was very friendly and welcoming. The waiting lounge was relaxing, clean and the snacks and infused water was a great touch. My massage therapist (can't remember name) greeted me right on time and got me all set up for my hot stone massage. Her touch was very nice, technique good, the massage room was comfy and relaxing. My ONLY issue was the fact that she had a sniffle in nose and a cough that lasted my entire massage. How can a person relax and snooze when you are afraid that the person touching you is sick. I finally had to ask her if "she was sick" about 1/2 way though the massage because I could not relax or sleep and she said it was just allergies and weather change. I was relieved she didn't have a cold but I still spent the entire 50 minutes listening to her sniff the snot back into her nose and cough. NOT RELAXING AT ALL. Next I was greeted by Lori for my facial. She took me back into her room after a warm introduction, spoke to me about my face and got me settled in. She was absolutely a great esthetician. Her touch and applications of the product were perfect. She cleansed, exfoliated and moisturized my skin perfectly. She had a great massage for the face, neck & décolleté area that I enjoyed much more than the massage previously. I was able to relax and zone out. I really wish I would have just gotten a 2 hour facial with her. On my way out after purchasing product and leaving tip, I mentioned to the 2 ladies at the front desk my feedback on the massage and although she was nice about my complaint, all she could offer me was "sorry". Pretty disappointing but all in all Lori the Esthetician made my day and I may return to see her only. Again, I would like to repeat, the massage therapist touch was good, but the sniffling was not ok for a paid service...
