  • I recently purchased a home in Reno in a historic district that was in need of serious updating. I wanted to do something different with my bedroom, but when I had looked for wallpaper shops in Reno, I couldn't find any. I was referred to Wallpaper Elegance from a friend in Las Vegas and am SO thankful I was. Sharon, Denise & Noelle were incredibly helpful from start to finish and offered sound design advice. They were constantly in communication with me regarding shipment, pricing, etc. even when I changed my mind on the look I was going for multiple times - I'm grateful they were gracious and patient with me. They even offered to find a contractor in my area to help install the wallpaper, but I was able to do it myself (though if I did it again, I would definitely recommend professional installation because although I'm happy with the finished product, I feel like wallpaper installation should be offered instead of jail time for punishment). Overall, I'm super happy with my new bedroom accent wall. I was skeptical about working with a business long distance, but Wallpaper Elegance was amazing. I can't imagine the level of service they give to their local customers if mine was 5 stars and I'm 500 miles away. Thanks again, ladies!
