  • Since we are locals, we rarely go to the strip; however we had guests visiting so we had to be polite and take one for the team. We stopped at Citizens for a quick meal, hoping I would be able to find something that would fit my odd dietary needs. I hate asking the servers for guidance; mostly because it's never a simple process and it's frustrating. We were fortunate to have Robert M. as our server. He was happy to help me navigate the menu and steer me away from the ingredients I avoid. Robert M. also made sure I didn't feel like it was too much trouble to ask and was quick to joke with us. He also helped choose wine to go with my companions meals; I don't drink but they were very happy by the time we left!
