  • Compared to the customer service at the buffet, this place is pretty crappy! They literally ignore you when you walk up to be seated and just walk around you like you're not alive. That is so rude! The food is pretty bland. I have tried the chicken Parmesan probably the best pasta. The chicken Alfredo was had no salt, no flavor and maybe 5 pieces of dry chicken breast. W have been sitting at the bar seating and have been waiting 40 min for an omelet and my mom ordered eggs.... not only that but they always say 15-20 for regular seating when they are not even FULL. A plethora of empty seats. When we were paying at the cashier it took an extra 10 minutes because they gave a hotel player club member the wrong price for the bill he was so upset he said they continue to give him the wrong price and that he was going to pay exactly what was in the bill. The manager immediately said she was going to call security. That was horrible in my Opinion a manager is supposed to diffuse and resolve an upset customer. Not jump to calling security and just walk off..... odd.
