rev:text	TRUST is all that matters when you are looking for an auto mechanic. Well there is more, but in the end those other things will tend to increase or decrease your level of trust in the company and more importantly, the people. I came here out of desperation (see my review on Tire Works Total Car Care). I was impressed with the reviews and I love their website. These are no grease monkeys who threw out a shingle. These are intelligent, successful entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity in the automotive industry. The receptionist is a warm beautiful woman named Marti. She is a far cry from what you normally experience when you walk into an auto repair business. She is a business woman and that sets a positive tone. I had the good fortune of meeting John, the owner, in person. I explained all of the concerns that I had with my car and expressed that I wanted it done right, the first time or not at all. John assured me that he would do just that. As it happens, I know some things about cars and his plan for diagnosis made perfect sense to me. John called later to tell me what components needed to be repaired or replaced. I decided to go with 80% of his plan, but opted not to get the brakes done. The brakes themselves were fine, but the rotors were glazed. The problem is that turning them would take off too much material leaving the rotors thinner than allowed. Obviously turning them would not be an option, they would require replacement. I said no. John agreed that the matter was not critical and that they would operate just fine for the foreseeable future. I can tell you from experience that an unscrupulous shop would have given me all kinds of grief and applied all kinds of pressure to perform this expensive work, even if I could not afford it. Yes, I will get it done, but there were more pressing matters at the time. The work was completed and came in at the price agreed. The work was done quicker than promised and the car is running great again! I am quite thankful that I found Doctor Auto. I highly recommend this business and for your peace of mind, I hope that you will give them a try.
