  • Got an e-mail the day before we arrived asking if I was okay with a free upgrade from a car to an Escalade. Hell yeah! Got to the airport, our driver texted us not 3 minutes after we deplaned telling us which baggage carousel to go to, and that he would meet us there. Once we arrived, our driver got our luggage and carried it to our ride. Our driver was professional, polite, and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. Once at the Mirage he unloaded our luggage and off we went to start our vacation. On the way back to the airport, it was the same thing (no upgrade this time), our driver texted us just a few minutes before the appointed time to let us know he was there and where we would find him. Different driver this time, again, very personable. He loaded our luggage and off we went to the airport where he dropped us off right at the Delta doors. We were very happy with their service, from the initial phone call to set up the rides to and from the airport, and between e-mailed confirmations from the office, and the texts from the drivers, you can tell that customer service matters. Someone at Presidential was in constant contact with us. I had never hired a car service for travel before (This was a surprise for my girlfriend) - but, after this experience I will again, and on our next trip to Vegas, I will call Presidential Limousine again.
