  • This theater has cut staff so badly that there is one guy working concessions and he can't keep up with the line and demand. The popcorn is stale because it's the old stuff because he can't make popcorn and address the line. The manager was like 12 years old and not helpful when told her the employee was sinking and people were upset. When the poor guy finally could handle our popcorn or make it he didn't wash his hands. Just poor customer experience.
