  • I took a nasty spill on my bike. I had a few bruises but walked away otherwise unharmed, but my bike wasn't so lucky. I'm not a techie bike person, I know how to ride and that's about it. I know my handlebars were twisted up, the front brakes broke, and the chain was messed up. I took it in Saturday a half hour before they closed and they had it ready for me before lunch Sunday! I couldn't pick it up until after work Monday and I couldn't have been happier with the price, the quality of the work, and the friendliness of the folks there. I had a great experience there when I needed a tuneup a few years ago, and that's all they charged me for today, even with all the funky stuff that was up with my poor bike after doing somersaults with it off the towpath. Independence Bike Shop it's definitely my go-to bike shop!
