  • I've walked by this booth many times and wondered if I'm missing out on savings for shows. As Type A planners my husband and I rarely plan something last minute, but we found ourselves planning last minute this past weekend. This seemed like our opportunity for a place like this. Our purchases were made in two trips. Both times the employees were very helpful and friendly. They were patient as we evaluated our options and gave us all of the necessary information. The boards over the counter scrolled through listing the many show, attraction, and restaurant offerings. It's not just shows, they also offer attractions and some restaurant discounts. It was definitely an adequate selection and a nice way to compare several options at once. We purchased tickets to KA by Cirque du Soleil, time for axe throwing at Axe Monkeys, and a discount to Emeril's at MGM. Axe Monkeys for throwing time was a nice deal. An hour of time is usually around $25 per hour, locals at around $22. Through here the hour was $16.50 per person which amounted to a nice little savings for four people. We were told that this deal would be good for seven days after purchase. The discount at Emeril's was 25% for $3 per person. I think we ended up saving around $30 for five people with this deal. I wouldn't make a special trip for that kind of savings, but it's worth it if it isn't out of your way. The employee at the booth will/is required to make your reservation as part of the purchase. KA by Cirque du Soleil didn't end up being much of a savings. I should have checked the Cirque site that morning to do the cost comparison. The deal was advertised at 35% off and included tax and fees in the price they quote. Our tickets came out with all fees to be about the same as the website's cost before taxes and fees. Seats are not assigned and could be in any of three different sections. Our seats ended up being at the back of the section, but wasn't the worst section of the options. Overall, we didn't have a problem with the seats.
