  • 3 days ago I was on all fours playing with the new puppy. No sudden moves, no lifting, no bending but WHAM!... Intense pain across my lower lumbar area and after a brief crawl found myself on the floor yelling "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!!...literally...my wife had to help me and I spent the next 2 days with a push-walker and barely got by a busy shift at work with a TENS unit at max. I have no history of back problems....just middle aged out of shape less flexible doctor...what to do, can't take the meds I prescribe, Massage Envy is less than consistent and I'm desperate...so I go the only place I know, to Amy at Summer Palace. After a 2 hr session that without asking included amazing massage and hot stones (and some foot and scalp work to get me to relax or work my chi), I am comfortable for the first time since it happened. This is a simple but quality and reasonably priced place, a biomechanical gem hidden amongst the neon, with a multi talented staff that really deserves your patronage. Locals and visitors alike, seek this one out!
