  • Sitting in the waiting room of the Scottsdale office now and I can not wait to get out of this office and find another dermatology practice. Th staff is less than efficient and thorough. Mixups and lack of follow up with prescriptions and not to mention last minute cancellations for an appointment that had been set months in advance. At this point have been in the office for an hour, and asked the receptionist how much longer and was informed it would be an additional 20 minutes. This Dr. R better be some kind of superstar miracle worker at this rate.
