  • Yum!! I had the cheese enchilada and a chili relleno plate. It was so good, cheesy and fresh and the servings are huge. Service was fast and friendly- even being super busy we were attended to quickly. It is a little pricy but I also think most places is summerlin are. If you want cheap Mexican go to Roberto's, ya get what you pay for and I thought Pancho's was worth the price. I'll definitely be back. Mmm and their salsa was nice and spicy.
