I want to love this pizza, I really do. The pizza looks and smells good, but the taste just does not match the presentation. It's a mediocre pizza disguised as a delicious pizza. I can't quite pinpoint what was wrong with the pizza either. The sauce? The cheese? The toppings? The crust? Its a mystery that I will not attempt to answer again. Surprisingly enough, even though the pizza was a huge disappointment they make a mean calzone at Grimaldi's. Also, I love the decor they have with makeshift lanterns made out of empty wine bottles. With so many pizza places strewn about the valley there are better options than Grimaldi's.
