  • Extremely disappointed in the service department. First I think they might be extremely understaffed. Every time I call the line keeps ringing and no one picks up. Took me 4 tries before someone finally answered. Made an appointment last Thursday for a 7:30 appointment for today, I get a call 10 minutes before my appointment telling me that even though I have an appointment and requested a loaner car from a week ago that they are out of loaners. Not offering to maybe try later in the day, let's reschedule and I'll make sure to reserve a car, NOTHING!!! I definitely will not be taking my vehicle there or purchasing a car there.
