  • When I signed up they sold me that you could have one guest every Sunday workout with you as included in my membership. Now they are stating they are no longer doing that. When selling me my membership that was included. I am unclear as to how and why folks who have a contract are included in this? It would make sense that new folks be subject to this new setup you have come up with to earn more $ but not folks with a contract. As far as the gym it is fine and gets the job done and as other reviewers write, it is very crowded. Several times the locker room have not had towels available and my favorite is the showers not having soap to use. I understand that happening when you are paying $10-$15 dollars a month however for the amount you are charged here and what you advertise this should never occur. The folks that work there have always been nice and pleasant. Based on their new guest policy I will not be renewing as it was handled very poorly.
