  • I was extremely surprised and disappointed by the way the owner of Suntown Cleaners Norterra handled my situation. I brought my comforter to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my comforter, the young girl who worked there said "Oh yours is the comforter..." Then proceeded to tell me that my comforter was STOLEN ????? When the owner called me he was rude and defensive. After a few calls back and forth his final statement was "I will give you no more than $50 for your comforter- see you in court". I am filing in small claims court and reporting to the BBB. I will NEVER patronize Suntown Cleaners again.
