I won't go into great detail, but I can sum up experience as disappointing. It started out great and I bought a Sonata last year. Thought that my windshield was not up to par, they said it was fine and I let it go. Now that I have had to replace my windshield, it is very clear (pun intended) they should have replaced when I bought it. Free oil changes? Ha, only 3 a year and anything else they do is over-priced. I've never owned a car that had so many factory updates either. I'm afraid that every dealer is like this these days...so sad.
