  • I had a unique experience with this business. I've been having issues with my laptop ever since the Windows 10 update came on line and Microsoft pushed the updates. After about 6-8 months, I finally decided to take it in for repairs. I jumped on Yelp and Google to see what place had the highest rating that was located within reasonable distance to my residence...and discovered this place. I sent a message to this store asking about prices and repair time; within 1-2 minutes, I received a response from Adam. After a series of messages going back and forth, I decided that this is the place for me. I got in my truck, set my GPS to this location, and walla, I arrived. When I got out of my truck, I did a 360 only to discover that this area looked familiar. When I walked in the store, I realized that I've been here before...then it all clicked...I brought my desktop here approximately 2 years ago. Call it coincidence or perhaps these guys provide such an excellent service to which something drew me here. Regardless, I received my laptop in excellent condition and it's working like a champ. I haven't been to other computer repair shops in this city to say this is the best in town...but I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to go here. I received outstanding service and met a new friend. Thanks Adam! NOTE TO STORE: Bring back the lollipops at the front counter; not that holiday candy stuff.
