Unethical. Liars. Very poor customer service. My bill doubled with no notice. I have been charged $98.00 a month for just internet. My internet starts shutting off every 2 weeks until I pay $125 - $150 ransom. Then my wife spends 45 minutes on the phone to get service back on. They said they were going to lower the bill and send a better modem with no extra charges.... A week later a technician shows up to do an upgrade.... What??? Another 45 minute phone call and we find out we were lied to and the rep we spoke to last week upgraded us. I guess they just do what they want to do. Hey Century Link, dont you know that if you were customer focused and just did not lie to people positive reviews and word of mouth would massively increase your business??? Guess not. If you guys would just make it right I would change this one.
