  • Dr. Chen services is garbage. If I could give her 0 stars then I would. I ask her a simple question about a cavity. She answers I don't know I don't brush your teeth. I said thats not what I asked you. The question was what cause a cavity and why I don't have any in my entire mouth? Since I only have one cavity. She responded its the bacteria and acid thats sits in your teeth that causes cavities. She said I thought you understand. I said you didn't understand my question. She is a deceitful person. Not well manner or professional at all. She has no customer service. She talks to people with very degrading manner. She has no class. I'll say she needs to take some etiquette classes. Learn to talk to people without the sarcasms and the insults. You practice in the dental field. You can't tell me what causes an cavity without saying I don't brush your teeth.
